In winter time the Alta Badia valley is a paradise for skiers, snowboarders and for cross-country skiers. You can however, also enjoy quiet excursions on snow by horse-drawn sleigh.
Those who like it somewhat more extreme will enjoy alpine ski excursions, which bring you to the climbs at the ice waterfall and to the hang-gliders.

The Badia Valley is served by 52 cable cars and offers 130 km of connected slopes; skiing and walking in the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel with 460 cable car stations and 1,220 km of slopes.

From Appartements Peter you can throw your skis over your shoulders and walk to the cable cars, which bring you to some of the most beautiful ski excursions in the Alps like the "Sella Round Tour", the "Round Tour of the Great War" and to the Marmolada glacier.

Every day you can also try new and enjoyable outdoor winter activities, spend relaxing evenings in great company, enjoy the culinary delights, strolling through various shops and craftwork shops of the valley.
