In winter time the Val Badia is a paradise for skiers, snowboarders, snow shoe hikers, skater and for cross-country skiers. You can however, also enjoy quiet excursions on snow by horse-drawn sleigh. Those who like it somewhat more extreme will enjoy alpine ski excursions, which bring you to the climbs at the ice waterfall and to the hang-gliders.
The Val Badia ski area is part of the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel, which convinces with 460 lifts and 1.200 km of slopes. Start directly at the Apartments Peter: Skis on the shoulder and on foot to the lifts for unique ski adventures, like the "Sellaronda Tour", the "First World War Tour", to the Marmolada glacier and to the Val Mezdì.
Every day you can also try new and enjoyable outdoor winter activities, spend relaxing evenings in great company, enjoy the culinary delights, stroll through various shops and craftwork shops of the valley.
