• Our lavish facilities leave plenty of room for all guests, with plenty of calming, open spaces. There is a distance of 1 metre to other people throughout the residence. This is given at all times.
• At the entrances you will find the possibility to disinfect your hands.
• All rooms in the building are cleaned and disinfected under regular control with protocol.

APARTMENTS

• Your apartments will be disinfected with ozone before your arrival, so please respect the check-in/check-out times.
• All surfaces that are frequently touched, such as wall surfaces, doors, windows, toilets and sanitary areas, are cleaned with special care. Cloths will be changed after each room cleaning and washed at 90° C. The tools used for sanitization will be also changed and sanitized.
• Room ventilation is guaranteed during cleaning.

BOOK SECURELY

With us you can securely book your winter holiday. To guarantee maximum flexibility, we have adjusted our cancellation policy:
For reservations a confirmation deposit will be required. In case of cancellation of the reservation, for valid reasons related to Covid-19 the deposit will be valid as a voucher to be used in an upcoming vacation at our facility.

• Within 60 days of arrival you have the possibility of free cancellation.
• For late arrival/early departure: the amount agreed upon at the time of booking will be retained.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• We recommend you take out a Covid-19 travel insurance policy.
• Do not forget to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
• Something can happen before the start of your trip, with our travel cancellation protection you are financially secure. If you arrive late, do not arrive at all or break off your booked hotel stay early, cancellation fees can be passed on. In order to keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance, so that the Europäische Reiseversicherung will cover them for you.
